Course Description

This module unit is intended to equip the trainee with knowledge, skills and attitudes that will enable him/her apply the relevant labor law in the management of human resources in an organization.

Objectives

At the end of this unit, the trainee should be able to:

  2. recognize the role of trade unions in the management of human resources in an organization.
  3. observe occupational safety and health act in the management of human resources in an organization.
  4. recognize the role of industrial courts in dispute resolution.
  5. manage emerging issues and trends in labor law.
